Born and raised in Redmond, I trained in the International Ballet Academy’s Professional Division and earned my BFA in Dance from Belhaven University before completing my Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Regis University in Denver. My dance background and personal experience with injury inspired my passion for helping others return to the activities they love.
I specialize in dance and performing arts rehabilitation, mountain biking and cycling injury recovery, and treating hypermobility. I am a Certified Dry Needling Specialist, Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and a Fellow-in-Training through Aspire OMT.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy dancing with the Radost Folk Ensemble, mountain biking, knitting, and spending time with my husband and dog.
